When will my boots be delivered?
Our manufacturers are based in Braga, a city on the north of Portugal, right where all the best shoe factories are located. Each boot is handmade to order. As each pair is handmade to order, delivery is expected late August (possibly September).
There is no fast fashion happening here – the boots aren’t held in a stockroom somewhere.
Each pair is made specifically for each customer, which takes a while. (We know, it’s an agonising wait, but we will keep you updated all the way.)
In case you’re interested, here’s a bit about how the manufacturing process works.
1st – 9th May – The boots are ordered by you!
May 10th – An order is placed with the manufacturer.
Mid May – June – The manufacturers source materials. Dozens of suppliers are involved – one for heels, one for soles, one for the perfect leather, one for zips etc… This is the slow bit.
July – mid August – The manufacturers make the boots!
Late August – The boots are shipped to you!
Shipping information
We offer free shipping in the UK
Royal Mail is our official delivery partner for all international orders. Where possible, we strongly recommend you choose Tracked & Signed delivery options. We ship to all countries as stated on the website including Europe, United Stated, Canada, Australia, Asia and Africa.
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
There will be very limited stock for exchanges, so please contact returns@jociejuritzcollection.com as soon as you receive your boots and we will see if they can be swapped. Otherwise we will issue a full refund.
- Shoes must be returned in a re-saleable condition and have not been worn or tried on a rough surface.
- Shoes that are returned damaged or worn /scratched will not be refunded.
- Please return your shoes in all original packaging, wrapped up securely.
Customers will be responsible for return delivery costs.
Duties and Taxes
Any duties or taxes incurred in the Country of destination are the customers responsibility. You may need to pay these taxes in order to release your shipment. Our full Duties Policy can be found here.
