The boots run fractionally small. If you are a half size order the size up. Otherwise, stick with your normal size.
For example - a usual size 5 should buy size 5, a size 5.5 will prefer a 6.
Each pair is hand-made to order in Portugal - it’s a labour of love, no fast fashion here. The boots generally take between 3-4 months to make and deliver. We know, it’s an agonising wait, but we will keep you updated along the way.
Our manufacturers are based a little south of Porto, Portugal, right where all the best shoe factories and suppliers are located. You can see them in action in the ‘Behind The Scenes’ video below.
We offer free shipping on all shoes in the UK.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Royal Mail is our official delivery partner for all international orders.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
There will be very limited stock for exchanges, so please contact returns@jociejuritzcollection.com as soon as you receive your boots and we will see if they can be swapped. Otherwise we will issue a full refund.
- Shoes must be returned in a re-saleable condition and have not been worn or tried on a rough surface.
- Shoes that are returned damaged or worn /scratched will not be refunded.
- Please return your shoes in all original packaging, wrapped up securely.
- Customers will be responsible for return delivery costs.
Non-UK customers please note that you may have to pay import duty or other taxes before the products can be released from local customs for delivery. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
