Preorders are expected to be delivered in late October - early November. Each pair is handmade for you in Portugal, it’s slow, but worth it!

Our sandals and mules are true to size. Our boots run fractionally small.

For all our shoes, if you're normally a half size, it’s better to go up. Otherwise, stick with your usual size.

• if you're a size UK 5.5 (EU 38.5) order a UK 6 (EU39)

If we have your size in stock we offer exchanges within 30 days if your pair don’t fit. There's very limited stock so get in touch as soon as possible.

The returned shoe must be in perfect condition (so try them on a soft surface).
